I know from my own experience that right now it feels like your anxiety is out of control and you don’t know what to do. I’ve been there and I had no idea where to start, I went to a counsellor and I spent hours and hours reading articles, books and anything I could find about anxiety. It was trial and error, it took time but now I feel that my anxiety is all under control.
That is why I’m here now, to save you the time and effort I went through. I’ve put it all into my podcast, book and journal to make the process just that little bit easier for you.
Start with acceptance, it’s time to admit to yourself that you have anxiety. Then you can begin the journey of understanding your symptoms and triggers and finding tools that help to manage it.
