Clare Elizabeth struggled with anxiety whilst growing up and turned to alcohol to take the edge of life. Unfortunately this very quickly turned into a downward spiral until she finally hit rock bottom at 29 years old. Clare has now been sober for 20 months and is helping others to take the leap of faith into sobriety.
Lucy J Smith is a Mental Health Advocate, Author of the Stand Up To Anxiety Book and creator of the Mental Wellness Club. After her own struggles with severe anxiety, Lucy found ways to understand and manage her anxiety and continues to manage it using personal development, self-care, routines and having an anxiety toolkit.
