Imagine waking up feeling confident and positive about your day. Going into a positive morning routine that makes you feel amazing and starts your day off in the best way.
As you go throughout your day, you check in with yourself and your feelings, you make time for yourself and put yourself first. As a result your relationships improve, your work life improves, your own mental health improves.
You understand your anxiety. When you begin to feel anxiety you have the tools you need to manage it and get it back under control. During a panic attack you use the techniques you know to get back to calm. You feel freedom from your anxiety.
You spend time on self-care every week without feeling guilty. Personal development and self-care have become a consistent habit that you enjoy and that makes you feel good.
You wind down for bed in a positive way, feeling grateful for the day and all that you have in your life. You lie down in bed feeling happy, fulfilled and inspired by yourself before falling into a restful and relaxing nights sleep.

I know it may seem a long way from where you are now, I know this because I’ve been where you are, and I am now that explanation above. I know it is possible, it has happened to me and I know it can happen for you too.
Who am I?
I’m Lucy, a Mental Health Advocate, Podcaster and Author of Stand Up To Anxiety.
A few years back I had severe anxiety and depression, I couldn’t drive my car, go to a shop or do anything alone. The thought of leaving the house made me feel ill with anxiety, I rarely stopped crying and this even effected my ability to go to work and play the sport that I loved.
Fast forward to now and with the help of personal development I have been able to completely transform my life by learning to understand and manage my anxiety. I have created habits and routines that keep my anxiety under control and an Anxiety Toolkit that I use when my anxiety is triggered. I love my life and facing new challenges now excites me rather than the uncontrollable anxiety and fear I felt before.
What I do as a Mentor
When working 1:1 with me you can expect a friendly and welcoming person who listens to everything you say. As I’ve struggled, and still do, with anxiety I understand what you are going through. I offer tips and advice based on what support you need and I mentor you to make changes in your routine and life to add personal development and find freedom from your anxiety.
To get life changing results from our 1:1 sessions you’ll need to take action on what we discuss. As a mentor I will be there for you and be able to hold you accountable to committing to your new habits, routines or techniques. At the start of every session you will have the opportunity to review the last week, anything that went well and anything you want to improve on. Then we will celebrate your progress and plan a way to work on the improvements over the next week.
You’ll be able to talk to me about your anxiety, how it makes you feel and what you want to achieve from the Mentorship and together we will work on achieving that. When signing up for a 1:1 Program with me you’ll get a bespoke package tailored to you and your needs, no two programs are the same as we focus on what you want to work on and the results you want to achieve.
1 Personal Development and Self-Care – Get clear on using personal development, creating routines, making self-care a priority.
2 Anxiety Management with CBT – A mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and practical tools to give you techniques to use in times of anxiety and panic to get your body and mind back under your control. This program can be extended if you wish to continue receiving support with these techniques.
VIP – The mentorship and support from program 1 and 2 as well as video and message support when needed throughout the 8 weeks.
1:1 Mentorship can be over audio call, video call or instant messaging depending on which you would prefer and feel most comfortable with.

4 weeks of 1:1 sessions, support and accountability
A 45 minute 1:1 session per week for 4 weeks
A detailed workbook to use throughout the 4 weeks
Access to all of my knowledge and experience in personal development
We will monitor your progress throughout and make changes as we go to make this the perfect personal development routine for you.
Investment for 4 weeks of 1:1 support: £149
Program 2 – Anxiety Management with CBT
This is for you if:
Are ready to understand your anxiety and why you feel it
Want to learn techniques to manage your anxiety
Believe that you can change the way you are feeling
Feel it is time to get your anxiety under control and find freedom from anxiety
We will cover:
Understanding your anxiety symptoms and triggers
What you want to focus on for the 1:1 Mentorship
The relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
ABC technique for challenging negative thought patterns and triggers then creating new positive ones
A range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques that you feel comfortable with
Mentorship Program 2 includes:
A 45 minute 1:1 session per week for 5 weeks
Worksheets when necessary to try your new techniques
Adaptable to you and what you want from the mentorship
In your first session we will discuss what you would like support with and go from there. Every week we will review the previous week and any progress you have made. We will discuss techniques you can use to help you manage your anxiety. You will have chance to try them and see what you think, only continuing with the ones you feel comfortable with.
Investment for 5 weeks of 1:1 Support: £199
This program can be extended for an investment of £199 for every 5 weeks
VIP Program
An 8 week mentorship with all the mentorship from program 1 (Personal Development and Self-Care) and program 2 (Anxiety Management with CBT) plus extra support through videos and messages.
