I can’t drive!
That’s what I used to say all the time, not even that long ago really. Even just driving somewhere local that I knew well would give me high anxiety or sometimes a full blown panic attack.
It got so bad that I just stopped driving. I let fear hold me back.
No independence. No freedom. No life.
Until one day, when I decided I couldn’t carry on. I decided it was time to face my fears and find the freedom I deserved.
It wasn’t easy. But I did it. And now I’m here to talk you through it step by step so that you can find that freedom too.
