These terms and conditions are for www.lucyjsmith.com and cover all products including digital services and mentorship.
Your status
By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
Consumer rights and cancellation
Digital products do not fall within the ‘cooling off’ 7 day period required under UK Law. If you have an issue with a product you have purchased, please email Lucy@lucyjsmith.com
Ownership of the products
You will be the owner of the product once full payment is complete. Digital products will be delivered to you via email, please provide this in the details when you checkout using the cart on the website www.lucyjsmith.com
Price and payment
There is no shipping charge due to the products being digital and sent via email or available online.
Prices of the products may increase in time, however, the price of the products you have purchased previously will stay at the price you paid
If we agree with you that you may pay for a Product or Event in instalments, then each instalment must be paid by its due date. If the payment dates are not met then you will not receive the product you ordered.
Refunds
Digital products do not fall within the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period required by UK Law.
Written communications
You accept that communication with us may be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
